1½ Tablespoons chia seeds
1½ Tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tablespoon maple syrup

1 Lemon wedge juiced
1 Small apple shredded or ½ medium apple shredded
4 Dates chopped into small bits
