Toaster Oven Carrot Cake

A moist toaster oven carrot cake stuffed with raisins, pecans and pineapple. Top with cinnamon cream cheese frosting and toasted coconut to make it extra special.
Ingredients
½ cup white whole wheat flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ nutmeg ground
pinch cloves
1 large egg
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup brown sugar
2 small carrots about 2/3 cup, packed, peeled and grated

1 tablespoons chopped pineapple chunks
1 tablespoons raisins chopped
1 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tablespoons chopped pecans
