A smoothie made with cilantro, pineapple, banana and coconut milk
Ingredients
2 cups peeled pineapple, cut into chunks
1 peeled and frozen banana, cut into chunks
1 – 1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 (14 ounce) can lite coconut milk (I used Thai Kitchen)
