Ukrainian Dill Coleslaw – Vegan coleslaw recipe with cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, dill and simple spices. My Ukrainian mom’s recipe that everyone will love.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs (1/2 small head) green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 lb red (1/4 small head) cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dill, finely chopped
1 tsp himalayan pink salt
3 baby cucumbers, sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 lb grape tomatoes, cut in halves
3 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1 tbsp sesame oil
