Gooey, rich vegan almond butter banana bread! Healthy, naturally sweetened and gluten free.
2 c whole grain rolled oats, ground into flour
2 flax eggs – 2 tbsp ground flaxseed with 6 tbsp water in a small bowl, set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before mixing into the batter
1 1/2 c mashed ripe banana – 3 medium sized bananas should yield about 1 1/2 cups after mashing
1/2 c natural, unsweetened almond butter
1/2 c almond milk
