Vegan Anzac biscuits are easy to make and contain oats, maple syrup and coconut. They are perfect with a cup of tea or coffee.
Ingredients
100 g / 1 cup oats
85 g / ¾ cup (slightly heaped) desiccated coconut
100 g / 1 cup + 1 tbsp all purpose flour
100 g / ½ cup + 1 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp bicarbonate soda / baking soda
2 tbsp water, hot
100 g / 3.5 oz vegan butter, margarine or refined coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup or golden syrup
