Ingredients
6 carrots chopped
2 celery stalks chopped and deveined as much as possible
1 bell pepper any colour
3 scallions chopped (aka: spring onions)
1 can coconut cream
2 cm ginger
4 garlic cloves minced 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
1 cup nut milk almond, soy, cashew are all great options
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
