2 medium very overripe bananas
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
8 large medjool dates, pitted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp instant coffee (or espresso powder)
1 cup almond meal
1 cup oat flour
⅓ cup old fashioned oats
3 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
