Vegan Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread

The cinnamon sugar on top makes for a crunchy outer shell and the swirl in the middle creates a heavenly pop of sweetness with every bite.
Ingredients
1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax mixed with 3 tablespoons warm water)
3 over ripe bananas
1/3 cup coconut oil melted (or butter)
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups flour (i used 1 cup white and 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry)
For Swirl:
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
