Vegan Coconut Brownies

These vegan coconut brownies are fudgy and rich – so chocolatey it’s hard to tell there is no butter or eggs.

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup shredded coconut (plus extra toasted coconut for garnishing)
2 tbsp. ground flax seed mixed with 4 tbsp. water
5 tbsp. coconut oil
1 bar Vegan Chocolate
½ cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
¾ cup white sugar (free of bone-char)
