Vegan Espresso Chocolate Coffee Cake

1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax seed mixed with 3 tablespoons warm water)
2/3 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (or white)
1/3 cup espresso or strongly brewed coffee
1 cup apple sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
¼ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup white sugar
½ cup coconut oil melted (or vegetable oil)
½ cup oat flour (use a blender to grind oats into flour)
½ cup almond flour (use blender to grind almonds into flour)*
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground espresso or instant espresso powder
2.5 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dairy free or semi-sweet chocolate chips
For Streusel:
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup white flour
½ toasted almonds chopped
5 tablespoons Earth Balance or butter
½ teaspoon ground espresso or instant espresso powder
For Chocolate Espresso Glaze:
1 teaspoon Earth Balance or butter
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
½ cup confectioners sugar sifted
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground espresso or instant espresso powder
