These pancakes are vegan, gluten and sugar-free and it’s the best pancakes recipe I’ve ever tried. This is a healthy version with less cholesterol and fat.
Ingredients
1 cup rice flour (150 grams)
1 cup oat flour (120 grams)
2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup soy milk (250 milliliters)
2 tablespoons agave syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract (optional)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 bananas
