3 large stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 large carrot, diced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoon thyme, chopped
1 tablespoons sage, chopped
1/2 cup | 65 gramswalnuts, roughly chopped
2 cups | 480 ml vegetable stock
