3 cups kale leaves, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup dry farro
1 cup water
2-3 slices sourdough bread, cubed
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
for the Caesar dressing
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, used a vegan brand
2 tablespoons capers
salt and pepper, to taste
