Vegan no bake dark chocolate + dried cranberry granola bars that take only 5 mins to whip up before it goes into the fridge to set. Super easy and perfect for mid-day snacking!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1 cup puffed millet
1/4 cup sliced/chopped almonds
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup dark chocolate, chopped
