This smoothie is chocked full of healthy plant-based ingredients: carrots, pomegranate, clementine, strawberries, banana, lemon, almond milk and chia seed. The combination results in this lovely coral-y orange color that reminds me of a beautiful sunrise.
Ingredients
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 clementine, peeled
½ lemon, peeled
3 tablespoons pomegranate tendrils (35 grams)
½ medium banana
½ cup raw carrots (93 grams)
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries (182 grams)
1 tablespoon chia seed
