Vegetable Hakka noodles
Vegetable Hakka noodles are more commonly known as vegetable chow mein. This is a popular Indo – Chinese dish. Boiled noodles are tossed with garlic, onion, vegetables, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce and pepper powder, the vegetables can be of your choice. Here I have used French beans, spring onion, and cabbage. A quick and easy to make, a perfect dish to prepare as a snack or main course, or to prepare on great parties.
Noodles – 1 pack (cooked)
Onion – 2 medium chopped
Garlic – 2 tsp chopped or ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
French beans – 1 cup chopped
Spring onion – 1 cup chopped
Cabbage – 1 cup chopped
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Chili sauce – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Ajinamoto – 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp (adjust to your taste)
Salt
Oil
