Vegetarian Yellow Squash Lasagna

A yummy vegetarian lasagna layered with roasted squash, lasagna noodles, and creamy ricotta cheese.
Ingredients
2 large yellow squash, sliced lengthwise 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
1 TBSP olive oil
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
15oz ricotta cheese
1 tsp dry basil
1 egg, lightly beaten
6 lasagna noodles
8oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
salt & pepper
For The Sauce:
1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups tomato puree
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 TBSP dry oregano
1 tsp red pepper flakes
