This no-knead, delicious walnut bread is incredibly versatile. Perfect served with jam for afternoon tea or with beef and salad for dinner.
Ingredients
3 cup flour
1 ½ cup water or dark beer
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp instant yeast
¾ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
2 Tbs Honey (warmed to thin if necessary)
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
