red or orange bell pepper, or sweet mini bell peppers
ripe avocado
large clove of garlic
lemon, juiced
Tbsp. capers with 1 tsp. of caper juice
green onion
tumeric (for color)
Tbsp. olive oil
water
salt and pepper
