White Gazpacho – The delicious Spanish Garlic Soup

The original gazpacho soup hits all the right boxes – it’s cold and fresh with the perfect balance of sweet vs sour. It’s vegan friendly too.
Ingredients
¼ cup raw almonds (ideally peeled)
1 small clove garlic
2.5 oz white bread (2.5oz = 70g)
1 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cups cold water (2 cups = 500ml)
1 tsp sea salt
2 cups grapes
