1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour, scooped and leveled
1/2 cup sugar, scooped and leveled
2 tablespoons cocoa powder, scooped and leveled
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (3/4 cup) , divided
1/2 cup mashed ripe avocado, about 1 medium
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
