Whole wheat White bean Pancakes

The pancakes are Amazing, nice and crispy on the outside, this indescribable creamy yet crumbly inside and the juicy blueberries exploding with such flavor. To finish these beauties a blueberry compote and a splash of organic maple syrup.
Ingredients
1 cup all purpose or whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
shake of ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup rinsed and drained canned white beans
1 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tbsp canola oil
blueberries or fruit of your choosing
For the Compote:
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
a splash of vanilla
