¼ C raw, unsalted cashews + 1/4 C water
½ C + 2 T ice water
1 ripe banana
¼ C soaked cashews
⅛ tsp lemon zest
Juice 1 lemon
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
⅛ tsp ground ginger (or a ½ inch of fresh ginger)
