A veggie twist on an old classic. Tastes just like apples!
Ingredients
4 cups zucchini, thinly sliced (peel left on)
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 ¼ cup whole wheat flour
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
½ cup (1 stick) butter, cold and cubed (can use vegan variety)
