What better way to kickstart the year than having a delicious Superfood Smoothie, right? These smoothie recipes are all loaded with fresh fruits, vegetables, and superfoods, you’ll love them!

Ingredients

2 oranges, juice
1 mango, diced
1 tsp fresh, grated ginger
1 tsp fresh, grated turmeric
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 green apple, diced
1 banana
2 kiwis, diced
⅔ cup of chopped kale
1 tbsp wheatgrass powder
1 cup of diced pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
½ banana
¼ – ½ tsp activated charcoal
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
