Ingredients
1/2 cup red quinoa, dry
1 cup water or vegetable broth (P.S. This doesn’t count as an ingredient!)
16 oz package of frozen Italian blend vegetables
1/4 cup Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
