Using a supermarket mushroom pate, this risotto comes together quickly in the oven with only 4 ingredients. Try it with your favorite ready-made pate, tapenade or dip for a very easy midweek meal.
Ingredients
200g / 7oz of risotto rice
200-250g / 7-9oz of chopped mushrooms
125-250g / 4.5-9oz of mushroom pate
500ml / a little over 2 cups of vegetable stock
