1 yellow onion, diced

1 celery stick, diced
1-2 garlic cloves, minced (depending on personal preference)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable broth
fresh chives, minced
4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (optional)
