Raw Vegan Chocolate Nut Bars

3 layers of nutty, chocolatey goodness. Almond peanut filling is sandwiched between a date almond crust and chocolate “icing”.
Ingredients
Crust
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp. sliced almonds
1/4 cup almond butter (or as needed to hold it all together)
pinch of salt
Nut Filling
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup peanuts
2 tbsp. almond flour
Chocolate Topping
5 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 tbsp. maple syrup
