These healthy Pumpkin Spice Donuts are made with whole grains, no refined sugar, and are vegan!
Ingredients
1 3/4 cup spelt flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup puree pumpkin
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp flaxseed
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
Coconut sugar to sprinkle on donuts
