1/4 cup (20g) oat bran
1 cup (240 ml) water or milk of choice
dash of salt
1 tablespoon (20g) maple syrup or agave (or more if you like)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup (30g) red currants or any other fruit you have on hand
1 tablespoon (10g) chopped almonds
