Spicy Whole Roasted Cauliflower

This spicy whole roasted cauliflower is easy to make, but tastes very special. It is roasted with coconut, chili and a beautiful mix of spices.
Ingredients
1 large cauliflower
1 cup of thick coconut milk or cream
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika + 1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp curry
a small piece of fresh ginger
2 large handful of fresh parsley and cilantro/coriander
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp flour of your choice
