Chocolate Chip Cookies with fresh thyme and sprinkled with sea salt.
Ingredients
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cups brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (I used King Arthur Flour)
2 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Sea salt (I used Cyprus White Flake finishing salt)
