3 TBS coconut oil, divided
½ cup (115g) popcorn kernels
⅓ cup (80ml) brown rice syrup
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp vanilla bean paste or 1 TBS vanilla extract
1 TBS + 1 tsp bourbon whisky
