A healthy green smoothie bowl that tastes just like tropical ice cream.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach (two big handfuls)
1 banana (preferable sliced and previously frozen)
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened (or almond milk)
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 scoop protein powder – optional
toppings of your choice – I used shredded coconut, granola with nuts/seeds, raspberries/blueberries, chia/hemp seed mixture.
