Semolina – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 1/2 tsp

Cooking soda – 1 pinch
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Cashew nut – 2 tbs (broken into small pieces)
Dill leaves – 1/2 cup finely chopped
Coriander – 3 tbs finely chopped
Carrot – 1/2 cup grated
Curd – 1 1/2 cup
