Ingredients
1 – 1 ½ cups water (coconut water would be amazing here as well)
1 bosc pear
1 extra large handful spinach
1 extra large handful kale
1 small handful mint
¼ – ½ ripe avocado
1 scoop SunWarrior warrior blend protein powder in vanilla (or your choice of protein)
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp matcha (optional)
ice as needed
