A fragrant, moist but dense and not too sweet bundt cake where the main flavors are coconut and lemon. Such a great combination!
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups flour type 00
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup coconut sugar (or any other sugar you like)
1 lemon, the zest
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
2 large eggs
For the glaze:
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
