Ingredients
Wrappers:
1 cup white rice flour
½ cup tapioca flour
1 cup boiling water
½ tsp salt
Filling:
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups cabbage
Sauce :
2 tbsps coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
¼ tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch
