3 tablespoons lime juice, divided, plus more wedges for garnish
1½ teaspoons salt, divided
1 yellow onion, diced
1 jalapeno, seeds removed and diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup water
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground oregano
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional)
1-2 tablespoons coconut oil, plus more if needed
1 ripe plantain, cut in ¼-inch slices
1 mango, diced
