Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup buckwheat groats
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup whole flax seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp allspice
2 tbsp molasses
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup maple syrup
