This Grapefruit Brulee transforms bitter grapefruit into a rich, sweet, decadent breakfast! Topped with yogurt and Quick Quinoa Granola, it’s the perfect healthy breakfast for special mornings.
Ingredients
Granola:
1 cup (90 g) rolled oats
½ cup (70 g) puffed quinoa
1 Tbsp (12 g) chia seeds
¼ cup (45 g) chopped almonds
¼ cup (60 mL) honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
Pinch of salt
¼ cup (65 g) chopped dried fruit (I used candied citrus peel)
½ cup yogurt for serving
Grapefruit Brulee:
1 grapefruit, halved crosswise
2 Tbsp brown or white sugar
