This is our vegan crepes recipe, even if you’re not vegan you’re gonna love it! These crepes are so spongy and soft with a delicious vanilla flavor.
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (200 grams)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 and 1/2 cups soy milk (375 milliliters)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
