Apple Pie Chia Overnight Oats: strongly reminiscent of an apple pie with the lovely combination of apples, cinnamon, allspice, and ginger, it is yet so light and fresh and extremely nutritious.
Ingredients
For the overnight oats:
1 cup quick oats (or rolled oats)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp pure, organic, maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch fine sea salt
2 small or 1 large Honeycrisp apples
3 Tbsp proactive whole black chia seeds
pinch allspice
pinch ginger
Suggested toppings:
dates, chopped
candied ginger, chopped
pecans, chopped
apple, diced
