Ingredients
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter, softened
1 egg
1½ cups thick or chunky applesauce, warmed
1¾ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon cloves
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped toasted nuts (I used pecans)
