This healthy muesli is super-duper easy to make – just mix some ingredients in a bowl, and you’re done! Plus, it’s vegan and gluten-free (if you use certified gluten-free oats).
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup sliced almonds
⅓ cup dried apricots, chopped
2 tablespoons raisins
1-4 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
Yogurt, to serve
Fresh fruit, to serve
