Salad days are always a welcome change from fried heavy meals we enjoy and I have always believed salads should always be interesting having multiple flours, textures and give that fresh from the farm feeling. This avocado fruits & pistachio salad recipe is quick, sweet, buttery, crunchy, tangy and very very fresh. I specifically chose apple and pear as these add juicy and crunchy texture to balance smooth buttery texture of avocados in this salad recipe. Moreover adding pistachios, extra virgin olive oil and little bit of orange juice will boost the flavor of this avocado fruits & pistachios salad.
Avocado cut into small cubes– 1

Roasted pistachios – 25 gms/ 1/4th cup
Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tbsp
Orange Juice – 2 tbsp
