2 tbsp chia seeds
6 tbsp water
1½ cups white whole-wheat flour
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup maple syrup
⅓ cup melted coconut oil
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
