Chocolate Mint Doughnuts that are bursting with rich chocolaty flavour and have a subtle mint flavour. They’re also baked, not fried!
Ingredients
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
3 tablespoon water
3/4 cup gluten free flour OR all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup + 3 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons warm non-dairy milk
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
